S2O Festival might be most renowned for its editions in Asia, but recent years have seen the “World’s Wettest Party” plant a flag on US soil. Pulse Events was at the forefront of expanding this festival that celebrates Songkran (Thai New Year) to New York City, and now they’ve set their sights on bringing it to the West Coast. Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 27, because that’s when the debut edition of S2O Los Angeles will kick off in style.
S2O Los Angeles will see Pulse Events transform the BMO Stadium Festival Grounds into a wet and wild party for the ages. Those attending LA’s first-ever water-powered festival will be treated to impressive visuals and plenty of Songkran energy, while catching sets from top-tier artists in the scene.
Headlining the debut edition of S2O Los Angeles are AFROJACK, Steve Aoki, and R3HAB, three artists who have helped define festival mainstages for well over a decade. Joining them are dynamic producers Elephante and yetep, who are sure to bring the energy with a mix of everything from future bass to dance-floor-ready beats. Rising acts Cyberpunk, NTR, and Obers are also billed to help round out the lineup with their impressive soundscapes.
Pulse Events continues to be a force to be reckoned with in the scene. Not only has this brand brought fiery experiences to New York City, but they’re also powering the Sky Cabanas at Elements Festival and teamed up with Insomniac to bring EDC Korea back to life earlier this year after its hiatus. S2O Los Angeles is the latest expansion for the growing brand that’s quickly become one to watch in the dance music scene.
