Fresh off the release of “Positions,” Berlin-born DJ and producer Adam Port is returning to Los Angeles, this time to take over Hollywood Blvd.

One of Los Angeles’ leading promoters, Framework, has announced its third takeover of Hollywood Blvd. This continues a trend of transforming the Walk of Fame into an open-air block party. This time, Berlin-born DJ and producer Adam Port is set to headline a rare gathering on September 27. The 45-year-old, a core member of the influential Keinemusik collective, is coming off the momentum of last year’s hit “Move” and has just released a new single, “Positions,” once again teaming up with Stryv and Malachiii.

The first two events of this scale since 2000 were Chris Lake and FISHER’s “Under Construction” in 2023, which drew nearly 12,000 people, and Michael Bibi’s block party this past March. Both events were huge successes, making it a no-brainer for the iconic street to continue to host these large-scale parties.

Since launching in Berlin back in 2009, Keinemusik has built a reputation for creative freedom, unique visuals, and an indelible sound. The group is made up of close friends Adam Port, &ME, Rampa, and Reznik. They have also become known for their one-of-a-kind events and collaborations, whose settings range from record stores to massive, open-air venues worldwide. Their unique approach runs through everything they do, always with an emphasis on originality and community.

Keinemusik’s global impact can be seen in its performances at unforgettable venues. Some examples include the Pyramids of Giza, Cappadocia’s dreamlike landscape, and London’s legendary Tobacco Dock. Their catalog includes hits like “Muye” and “Discoteca,” and the collective has helped contribute to the global rise of Afro house in recent years. Each member brings a different personality. They often work together and with outside collaborators, as seen on major releases and remixes including their work on Drake’s “Falling Back.”

Details for the event are still to come, including the full lineup. Pre-sale tickets go live tomorrow, July 2 at 10am PT, and the general sale starts at noon a few hours later. More information can be found on the pre-sale signup and official Framework website.
