Bonnaroo’s lineup represents a diverse range of music genres, including EDM. Here is our pick of five sets you won’t want to miss there this year.
Every June since 2002, nearly 80,000 music lovers from around the country travel to Manchester, Tennessee for Bonnaroo. Since its inception, the gathering has earned its reputation as one of the most beloved festivals in the country for its eclectic lineups, strong community, and immersive experiences. For many, Bonnaroo is more than just a music festival. It’s a magical escape from society for four days of unbridled fun.
Bonnaroo’s 23rd edition is now just a few weeks away, taking place from June 12-16. This year’s headliners include country singer Luke Combs, genre-defying artist Tyler, the Creator, popstar Olivia Rodrigo, and soulful singer-songwriter Hozier. Bonnaroo will also feature performances from Glass Animals, pop-punk queen Avril Lavigne, indie bands Mt. Joy, Wallows, Saint Motel, and Rainbow Kitten Surprise, pop icon MARINA, and many others.
There is also no shortage of EDM acts to fill up ravers’ four days on the farm. Electronic music enthusiasts can look forward to two John Summit sets, two Levity sets, a three-hour Gorgon City set, a debut b2b between Of the Trees and Tape B, and sets from Tipper, Zingara, YDG, Barry Can’t Swim, RL Grime, Max Styler, INZO, Green Velvet, among others! Many of this year’s EDM acts will be performing at the brand new 360° Infinity Stage, promising an immersive experience with out-of-this-world production.
In addition to all of Bonnaroo’s music offerings, there are endless activities, art installations, and workshops to explore. Attendees can spend their time participating in the official 5k run or free yoga and wellness sessions, walking in the parade, riding the ferris wheel, cooling off in the fountain, or shopping for fun items in the village market.
With such a stacked and varied lineup, planning your Bonnaroo experience can be both exciting and overwhelming. To help you navigate the festival’s music landscape, we curated a list of five must-see electronic artists to catch during your visit to the farm.
Very limited tickets and camping passes remain on Bonnaroo’s website, so don’t wait. Text the group chat, request the PTO, and full send it to the Farm this year!
