Breakaway Music Festival has continued its continent-trotting journey throughout the year. Not only have cities that have played host to the festival seen fresh editions take place, but the ever-growing brand has touched down in some new places along the way. After the dust has settled from a fantastic weekend at Breakaway Atlanta, their team announced some exciting details for the debut edition of Breakaway Philadelphia later this year.
The first time the City of Brotherly Love will be graced with an edition of Breakaway Music Festival will also be quite the show-stopping experience. Breakaway Philadelphia is set to take place on September 12-13 at the Festival Grounds at Subaru Park, and the lineup is teeming with talent from top to bottom.
Headliners announced for the festival are Excision and Zedd on the top line, who are two of the hottest acts in the dance music scene today. Add in house phenom Cloonee, experimental bass maestro Of The Trees, and a bass-fueled set from dynamic duo Two Friends into the mix, and the topline is already enough to get you running to grab your tickets.
That’s just the start of the top-tier talent that was booked for Breakaway Philadelphia. Whether you want a dose of house music from acts like Acraze, Disco Lines, Dombresky, EVAN GIIA, GUDFELLA, or some bass action from Eptic, Hedex, Rossy, and YDG, there’s plenty in store. Other standout acts slated to play include BUNT., Mojave Grey, and Trivecta, who are all sure to throw down some epic sets. Local support for this edition arrives from Freq, Redline District, and Siroch, with Brownies & Lemonade taking over a stage and Bobby Hendrickson returning to host the festivities as well.
