While the Midwest may not be the first destination most people would think of for a festival, Symmetry Music & Arts Festival will unite some of the best local and international talents for an unforgettable celebration. After a year of work spotlighting wave music, a subgenre within electronic music, the gathering is set to make its return to Fairfield, Iowa, on October 3-4 for its second edition.
The two-day music and arts festival promises to be a transformative experience for all attendees. This year, they have enlisted over 80 artists whose music combine influences from atmospheric, melodic, and deep bass to trap, grime, and synthwave. Featuring names like G Jones, Mersiv, Skeler, Chef Boyarbeatz, Joker, Plastician, Emurse, enjoii, ObeyGrey, The Trap Shaman, Tigereyes, and more, Symmetry is set to be the largest festival in North America to date that boasts a record-setting assembly of wave artists.
In addition, there will be stage takeovers from Phonk Around And Find Out and Terrorhythm. Attendees can also warm up for the main event at the special pre-party on October 2, which will feature artists like Bianca Oblivion, Eastghost b2b Gladkill, The Glitch Mob, kollapse, Manapool, ONHELL, So Sus b2b Quackson, and Wreckno.
Normally you would have to go to a larger metropolitan area like Chicago or Denver to have this experience, but we are bringing it to the Heartland near Fairfield, Iowa.
