EDC Mexico is approaching quickly, and we’ve curated five artists you shouldn’t miss who will represent their home country at this year’s edition!

For over a decade, Insomniac and OCESA have joined forces to bring one of the most vibrant festival experiences to Mexico City: EDC Mexico. Each passing edition has seen this festival grow immensely, featuring top-tier production, insane lineups, and crowds that have become renowned for being some of the best in the world. This year, EDC Mexico returns to Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez on February 21-23, and it’s shaping up to be another fantastic time.

Globally renowned artists and rising stars alike will take the stage at EDC Mexico over the weekend. While international acts like Tiësto, Chase & Status, Excision, Sara Landry, Martin Garrix, FISHER, and more will undoubtedly be a huge draw, many homegrown acts will also play. We’ve curated five artists who call Mexico home that we feel you shouldn’t sleep on at this year’s edition to help guide you on your journey. Read on for the full list!

Three-day passes for EDC Mexico are sold out, but limited single-day tickets are available. Visit the official website for more details and to make your purchase.

Five Homegrown Artists You Shouldn’t Miss at EDC Mexico 2025

BAUTISTA

BAUTISTA might be a new name to many, but those who dive deep into the project will discover it’s the newfound alias of renowned Mexican DJ and producer Mr. Pig. The past few years have seen the Bautista alias on tracks like “Pa Lente” with Tom & Collins, Minow, and Gabsy, “Así,” and “Mi Gente” with Kofla, all of which put his dynamic Latin-infused house style on full display.

EDC Mexico marks one of the first shows that Bautista will play during his year-long tour that closes the Mr. Pig chapter, and you should be there to catch him play. Don’t miss out on his set when he takes the stage on Sunday!

DEAFNY

If you’re on the hunt for a dose of dubstep at EDC Mexico, DEAFNY is sure to deliver. Her goal is to make bass lovers feel free and let the crowd fly high through her butterfly wings, and she’s continued to prove that as she’s risen to the top with her performances. She’s taken the stage at EDC Mexico in the past while also supporting the likes of Jessica Audiffred, Junkie Kid, Marshmello, Mariana Bo, and more.

DEAFNY has already dropped two singles in 2025, “Wings of Light” and “Wasteland,” and both will help get her fans hyped for what’s to come when she takes control of the decks at EDC Mexico this month. Don’t miss her performance on Sunday for an added dose of dubstep to keep your energy levels high!

D-Sides

Anyone who is looking to hit the dancefloor at EDC Mexico won’t want to miss D-Sides‘ set. This Mexican DJ and producer has made a name for himself over the past few years as the pioneer of a new genre called “House Tumbado” / “Electro Corridos” which mixes tech house and techno with corridos tumbados. One listen to his releases like the Modo Bélico EP or his latest tune, “Flow Tumbao’,” will give you a taste of his deep, driving sound that will leave your head spinning and body moving.

D-Sides has proven himself behind the decks over the years by taking over the mainstage at Dreamfields Festival and during ADE showcases, and now he’s set to throw down an impressive set at EDC Mexico. Catch him when he takes the stage on Saturday!

ANG

Magic happened when Arturo Kahan and Gabriel Haber first came together to create the ANG project. These two have championed a dynamic style rooted in progressive trance but incorporating elements from big room, electro house, heavy bass, and more for an intoxicating, energetic blend. This has caught the ear of tastemakers and led to ANG collaborating with major acts like Showtek, Henry Fong, Mark Sixma, Jeffrey Sutorius, and Sarah De Warren in recent years.

Backed by performances at festivals like Ultra Europe and previous editions of EDC Mexico, along with club nights spanning the globe, ANG is a duo you simply can’t sleep on this year. Don’t miss their set when they take the stage on Sunday!

Moisees

Duro Label co-founder Moisees has been on quite a journey in the scene over the past decade. From launching the label and its showcase series that has found its way to cities around the world to releasing memorable tunes on Get Physical, Nothing Is Real, and more, he’s become an artist you can’t ignore. His blend of techno and indie dance has not only shown off his innate abilities as a producer, but helped put the dynamism that artists from Mexico bring to the scene.

Last year’s Recuerdo Futuro EP saw Moisees team up with ZEA for two fantastic tracks that showcase his style, and you can expect to hear him throw down a wicked set at EDC Mexico this year. Don’t miss him when he takes over the decks on Friday!
