Das Energi is coming back in 2025. Here are the dates, location and what other details we know before organizers start sharing more information.
Das Energi is a Salt Lake City institution. Every year, music lovers far and wide descend upon the city for what is arguably its biggest EDM celebration. It looks as if 2025 will be no different given that the festival’s organizers have announced its triumphant return to The Great Saltair on August 8-9.
Details are scant outside of that. Last year, the festival started to announce headliners in March and rounded out its full lineup in May. As with years prior, the bill included everything from house, techno, and trance to drum and bass and dubstep, offering something for fans of every shade of the EDM spectrum.
While would-be attendees wait for the 2025 roster to materialize, Das Energi’s organizers have encouraged them to comment headliner predictions in the comments of their Instagram post announcing this year’s event. Those who do so effectively enter to win a two-day pass to the festival.
V2 Presents has hosted Das Energi at The Great Saltair ever since it debuted in 2012. The picturesque outdoor venue overlooks a broad expanse of sandy terrain near the shoreline of the Great Salt Lake. It plays host to countless events throughout the year, catering to fans of dance music and other genres alike.
“This year, the experience reaches new heights, transforming Das Energi into a sanctuary of connection and movement,” reads a description on the V2 Presents website. “Under a sky streaked with color and lasers cutting through the night, feel the pulse of the Energi Field, find harmony at the Synergy Station, and dance freely on the celestial shores of the Galactic Flats.”
