Upcoming LA Fire Benefit shows at Exchange LA, Academy LA, Avalon Hollywood, NOVA SD, and Bloom SD in January will see Insomniac donate 100% of net proceeds to charity.
The wildfires in Los Angeles have devastated the county, losing entire communities, businesses, and more while displacing thousands. Many in the dance music scene have sprung into action to help raise money and give back to the community, including Insomniac, who has called Los Angeles home for over three decades.
Today, Insomniac announced that the 16 shows taking place over the next two weeks at Exchange LA, Academy LA, Avalon Hollywood, NOVA SD, and Bloom SD will all benefit the LA Fires. Each one, rooted in the generosity of artists donating their time to make a difference, will see 100% of net proceeds being donated to charities aiding in the rebuild and rehabilitation efforts for fire victims and first responders.
Academy LA’s upcoming shows include JSTJR’s Group Chat takeover, an edition of Night Trip with Tom & Collins, Detlef, and Malone, and solo shows from Imanbek and SVDDEN DEATH. Exchange LA will feature performances from Oliver Heldens, Flosstradamus, Pickle, Deorro, and two takeovers, Electrik Seoul and One More Time. Meanwhile, Avalon Hollywood is slated to feature Bear Grillz, Gasolina, Emo Nite, and the sold-out Gud Vibrations Charity Showcase featuring SLANDER b2b NGHTMRE and more.
Those in San Diego will also be able to give back to Los Angeles as NOVA SD and Bloom SD will feature a bevy of talented acts over the next two weeks. DJ Pauly D will perform at NOVA on January 19, while Sidequest will take the stage at Bloom that same night.
