San Diego-based DJ and producer Mitch Dodge took the stage at Spin Nightclub earlier this summer and we’ve got the full mix for you to groove out to!
The scene in Southern California has been bursting at the seams with quality DJs and producers rising through the ranks of the house music realm, and Mitch Dodge is one you should keep your ears tuned to. This San Diegan has been churning and burning for years, taking the stage at local nightlife hotspots and throwing down plenty of heat with his releases along the way.
Over the past few years, Mitch Dodge has found a home for his tunes on labels ranging from SNOE and Holy Molé to Space Yacht and Box Of Cats, all of which have gotten crowds bumping right along with them. He’s continued that trend in 2024 by dropping a remix of Good Neighbor’s “Uh, Yeah!” to kick everything off before teaming up with Gettoblaster on “Show Em” and making his South Of Saturn debut with “Can You Hear Me?“
In recent months, this house music maestro has collaborated with DJ IDeaL and Susio on Space Joint / Dayman on Unlearn:Records and taken control of the decks at Bass Camp Festival in Lake Tahoe. Of course, he’s also played additional shows throughout San Diego to keep the vibes rolling all summer long.
Five years after first appearing in our Summer Sessions series, Mitch Dodge has returned. This time around, he’s dropped off his mix from his latest set at the revered Spin Nightclub, where he opened for J. Phlip to get the energy levels peaking on the dancefloor.
