Zedd Reportedly Files Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Among other things, Zedd has said that Rezwan Senobarian has impersonated him and harrassed his staff.

Any celebrity can tell you that fortune and fame come with their downsides. One is stalkers, as Zedd can apparently attest after having to file a restraining order against a woman named Rezwan Senobarian for allegedly harassing him and his staff.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Zedd (real name Anton Zaslavski) filed the temporary restraining order on Thursday. In it, he claimed that Senobarian has impersonated him over phone and email, even going as far as to say that she showed up to his home in Encino, California, behaving erratically and insisting that she speak to him. Zaslavski claims that he has never met Senobarian before.

The temporary restraining order will most likely last 20-25 days, as they typically do in the state of California. It would require Senobarian to stay away from his house, workplace, car, or staff — and at the end of this period, a court hearing will be held for the judge to decide whether to issue a permanent restraining order.

Initially inspired by the French duo Justice, Zaslavski first gained traction thanks to his 2010 debut single, “The Anthem.” It was eclipsed in success by his certified platinum 2012 debut album, Clarity, and his star-studded 2015 sophomore effort, True Colors.

At the end of 2023, Zaslavski announced that he would release his long-awaited third album sometime this year. He ended his EDC Las Vegas 2024 set by sharing that it would go by the name of Telos and would arrive on August 30. Earlier this month, he announced a US tour in support of the album that will consist of 12 dates throughout September and October.

With any luck, Zaslavski will no longer have to deal with disruptions like those he’s currently experiencing when it comes time to start rolling out the album.
