While Fred again..’s only US festival appearance was set to be at Bonnaroo this year, he was slotted in as the surprise guest after Four Tet at EDC Las Vegas. Then, he announced a multi-night run at Frost Amphitheater in Northern California to further fan the flames of excitement. On the flip side, Skrillex has been on yet another tear. Not only did he dominate the decks during EDC Week at Encore Beach Club, but he followed that up with the release of “Push” with Hamdi, TAICHU, Contra, and OFFAIAH, and had a massive performance at Lightning in a Bottle.

Last week, Skrillex took to social media to tease that he had been working on new music with Fred and that it needed to be tested out. What better way to do that than by hosting a pop-up rave? Fred teased on his story earlier today that he finished the mix of “places 2 be” with Skrillex and also showed off the venue before dropping the official ticket link before tomorrow’s sale.
