Bassrush’s zombie-filled bass music experience, Apocalypse Zombieland, will return to the Queen Mary Waterfront in Long Beach on November 29-30.
Bassrush has long been a champion of drum and bass, dubstep, trap, and other styles in the realm of bass music. Each passing year has brought plenty of showcases, stage takeovers, and releases to the stage, but last year packed even more heat as the Insomniac brand launched its latest festival experience, Apocalypse Zombieland.
Apocalypse Zombieland quickly won over the hearts of bass music lovers who flocked to the Queen Mary Waterfront in Long Beach for a weekend filled with wubs, impressive production, and headbanging moments with the undead. Now, the festival is beginning to gear up for its return this fall with news of its dates and upcoming ticket sale.
Mark your calendars for November 29-30 because that’s when the next wave of zombies will be invading the Queen Mary Waterfront looking for their Thanksgiving feast. Those planning to battle against the infestation will want to join the ranks when passes go on sale on April 4, and anyone looking to level up their battle kit should consider the VIP option so they can get straight into the madness with expedited entry, access exclusive viewing areas, food, and beverage options, and more.
While the lineup is still yet to be revealed, if last year is an indication of what’s to come then bass lovers can expect a massive list of movers and shakers in the scene. Artists who took the stage during the debut edition included Zeds Dead, Hedex, BOU, Andy C, Excision, Sullivan King, Caspa, Kill The Noise, Alix Perez, Shades, Ivy Lab, and more.
Check out the debut edition’s recap on YouTube and prepare for the upcoming presale. GA and VIP passes for Apocalypse Zombieland go on sale Thursday, April 4 at 12pm PT, with layaway plans available for a deposit of $8.08. Head to Front Gate to purchase, and stay tuned for more details!
