SG Lewis has started his very own record label, Forever Days, showcasing the club-focused music that inspired his early career!

Beloved producer and multi-instrumentalist SG Lewis has become a well-known name in the electronic dance music scene for his infectious tunes and live performances. He got his start as a resident DJ at Chibuku in Liverpool, and the impactful energy from these experiences has manifested throughout his musical career.

From his earlier releases Dusk, Dark, and Dawn to acclaimed studio albums Times and AudioLust & HigherLove and his monumental collaborations with hugely popular artists Tove Lo, Channel Tres, and Nile Rogers, SG Lewis has carved out a niche all his own. Continuing to trailblaze his own path, he has his sights set on a new project, launching his very own record label called Forever Days.

The imprint was born out of necessity, passion, and the club culture that inspired his music career. Forever Days will be a vessel for SG Lewis to release more dancefloor-focused productions while also showcasing music from artists he loves. In addition to these goals, he plans to host label events around the world with intentionally curated lineups as well as a monthly mix series under the Forever Days banner. Both the events and mix series will be curated to leave listeners and attendees with a lifetime of jubilant memories.

“For a long time now, I have wanted to create an outlet for the club-focused music I am constantly creating, in addition to being a place to champion music by artists that I love,” said SG Lewis on Instagram. “Music made strictly for the dance floor, with the sole ambition of creating more of these euphoric moments.“

The label will see its first releases from SG Lewis himself, alongside three collaborators he touts as some of his favorite current producers. Not only will Forever Days kick off with new music, but there will be a launch party at KOKO in London on May 3. The presale for the show is available now and can be accessed by signing up for SG Lewis’ newsletter on his website.

With this new label endeavor, there is sure to be a ton of great new music coming from SG Lewis and the Forever Days family, and we could not be more excited to hear all of it. To stay in the loop with everything to come surrounding SG Lewis’ new imprint, be sure to follow him on socials and expect wonderful music and experiences from Forever Days in the future.

Zachary Lefevre has been listening to electronic music since the early 2000s. Although his first live show was underground hip-hop, he began listening to a variety of different genres and found his niche within electronic community. After attending more concerts and festivals, Zachary was seeking out a platform that would allow him to express his passion and love for live music and share it with friends, family, and the world. Having always been an avid writer he began to combine the two arts and shortly after writing his first article Zachary became part of the EDM Identity team in August 2015.
