The upcoming edition of Body Language has been canceled just a week out from when it was supposed to kick off due to unforeseen circumstances.

The sounds of house and techno have been thriving across the United States, with dance music lovers in Arizona getting their fair share of infectious beats over the past few years. Relentless Beats and RBDeep have taken notice of this as well, booking plenty of artists for their usual club shows and festival experiences, while also launching Body Language, which is centered on the two underground styles.

Many were preparing for the return of Body Language, which was set to take place on February 16-17 at the Phoenix Raceway in Avondale. Unfortunately, those plans will now need to be dashed after today’s announcement that this edition has been canceled “due to unforeseen circumstances.” Little else has been shared by the team behind Body Language regarding the cause of the cancelation in the statement, which was posted an hour ago.

According to their team, those who purchased tickets for Body Language will automatically receive a refund in the next 7-10 business days. “We appreciate your understanding and look forward to gathering again soon,” they shared. “Stay tuned for upcoming announcements about our next Body Language Music Festival in the coming months.”

The upcoming edition of Body Language was set to feature artists like SOFI TUKKER, Walker & Royce, Sammy Virji, Meduza, AC Slater, deadmau5, Eric Prydz, KREAM, OMNOM, Dombresky, and more.

While the festival won’t take place this month, those with a keen eye have pointed out that some of the artists slated to play, like SOFI TUKKER, AC Slater, Meduza, Hugel, and Sammy Virji, will still be taking the stage at venues throughout Arizona that same weekend.

Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
