The debut edition of Breakaway Tampa will feature ILLENIUM, Kaskade, ZEDD, SOFI TUKKER, ACRAZE, Said The Sky, and more this April.
If there’s one festival that’s taken city-hopping to a whole new level, it’s Breakaway Music Festival. These experiences were originally rooted in the Midwest and on the East Coast but have continued to expand with each passing year, bringing electronic music to the masses in the Bay Area and now Florida. March will see Breakaway Beach take place during Miami Music Week, but today’s news is centered on the debut edition of Breakaway Music Festival in Tampa.
Breakaway Tampa is set to take place at Raymond James Stadium on April 26-27 and is packing a punch on the sonic side of the spectrum with its lineup that’s teeming with talent. Headlining the debut edition are ILLENIUM, Kaskade, ZEDD, and SOFI TUKKER, all of whom are sure to deliver some electrifying performances.
That’s not all that Breakaway Tampa has in store, as the festival will feature a flurry of bass artists, including Said The Sky, TroyBoi, Rossy, Dion Timmer b2b CALCIUM, Crankdat, Ravenscoon, and Sara Benyo. Add in a dose of ACRAZE, it’s murph, Matroda, Moore Kismet, and ZUEZEU, and you’ve got the recipe for a successful event. Not to mention that they will also be supporting local artists by adding Tampa natives as opening acts and the silent disco stage; stay tuned for those artists to be announced.
Tickets for Breakaway Tampa go on sale Friday, February 2 at 10am ET. Head to their official website for more details!
