Chet Porter will accompany his debut album, Everything You’ve Ever Seen, with a one-of-a-kind audiovisual set in Los Angeles on October 7.
Beloved by the electronic music community, Chet Porter is a Canadian artist with whom absence has only made the heart grow fonder. Best known for tracks like “you’ve changed, I’ve changed” with San Holo and “Stay” featuring Chelsea Cutler, he’s always known how to pluck listeners’ heartstrings. While facing the postponement of his first headlining US tour in 2020, Chet Porter chose to see the beauty in life and channel that into his inspirations. The artist found creative ways to imprint himself in our minds with inspired tricks, such as becoming the first DJ ever to play an underwater set for the Digital Mirage live stream and dabbling in physical art and NFTs.
While he’s been fairly out of the public eye for the last two years, the artist recently returned with a slew of singles and a self-made music video teasing the release of his debut album. His debut album Everything You’ve Ever Seen, is now set to be released this fall. Tracks like “hawaii/norway” and the upcoming “nowhere” featuring Pauline Herr have continued to build anticipation as fans get a peek at Chet Porter’s hard work in the studio and await the full project.
But the good news doesn’t stop there, as the visionary also announced that he’s also teaming up with Los Angeles-based event company Brownies & Lemonade to present his debut album in the form of an audiovisual set. The event will include a number of special guests in Los Angeles on October 7 at the Los Globos venue, and fans won’t want to miss out on this show.
Tickets are set to go on sale on Thursday, August 3. Fans can text “chet porter” to (323) 332-1651 for pre-sale access on Wednesday, August 2 at 10am PT, or get tickets in the general sale via DICE.
