Tropix Like It’s Hot Drops Jam-Packed Livestream Lineup

Ready for some summer fun that will be broadcast straight to your rave cave? Tropix Like It’s Hot is set to deliver some fantastic sets this weekend!

Although we’d all like to be vibing out in the sun to some fantastic beats with friends this summer, the digital world is where that will be taking place for most dance music lovers as the coronavirus continues to sideline live shows. But have no fear, because Tropix is here with a curated livestream event you won’t want to miss out on: Tropix Like It’s Hot.

Set to take place from July 24-26 on Twitch, Tropix Like It’s Hot will feature a bevy of amazing artists to help keep you cool during the summer heat wave. Headlining artists include Autograf, Firebeatz, and Young Bombs, but the curation doesn’t stop there as other notable artists including Futuristic Polar Bears, Harrison, DJs From Mars, and Telykast dot the lineup. Of course, Tropix will be spinning a set you wont want to miss as well.

“We wanted to put something together that was unique and would be special for the college demographic,” said founder Dylan Christie. “We want to make an impact as a generation and show the world what we can do and make a difference with COVID, while also catering a full digital experience to 2020 college grads who did not get to experience a full-fledged senior spring.”

The goal of providing a unique experience is one that Dylan Christie clearly intends to fulfill as this livestream event goes far beyond just offering up music to vibe out to. Over the weekend, Tropix Like It’s Hot will also broadcast interviews and speakers that include artists like Two Friends and Trademark, along with industry professionals such as Ben Marienthal (Warner Music), Zach Elgort (Big Beat/Atlantic Records), and David Kaufman (Cinematic Music Group).

All proceeds from Tropix Like It’s Hot will also be donated to a good cause as they’ve teamed up with Makin’ Lemonade Relief Fund. Their goal is to help college students and graduates make a difference in the world during the COVID-19 pandemic with donations going to the CDC Foundation, Feeding America, and Direct Relief.

Make sure to RSVP to the event on Facebook for the latest updates ahead of the weekend, follow them on Twitch to know the moment the festivities begin, and read on for the full lineup!
