Defected has announced a stunning lineup for the Defected Virtual Festival Closing Party featuring Carl Cox, MK, Boys Noize, and more!

Since first taking the reins in the digital domain back on March 20 with a stunning edition of the Defected Virtual Festival, the world-renowned brand has curated multiple editions that are packed with talented artists. They even boosted up sister-brand Glitterbox to keep dance music lover’s feet moving and raised a total of $1.2 million in donations, but now, Defected has announced that the time has come to end their run.

Billed as their closing party as a nod to residencies on the White Isle, the ninth edition of Defected Virtual Festival is bringing one of the hottest lineups that we’ve seen yet on Friday, May 22. Dance music legend Carl Cox has been announced as the headliner and will also be making his debut during the series. He’ll be bringing along those proper rave vibes along with a dose of Ibiza nostalgia for a set that you simply won’t want to miss.

But it wouldn’t be a proper closing party without other bangin’ artists on the lineup as well and Defected definitely has their fans covered with some stunners. The multi-talented Idris Elba will be taking the virtual stage along with Boys Noize who is slated to release his single “Mvinline” on the label soon as well. Additionally, MK, Nic Fanciulli, and Sam Divine, as well as competition winners Aline Rocha and TQ Grant, will be filling out the rest of the lineup to keep us all dancing non-stop!

Much like the previous editions Defected Records is raising funds to support the World Health Organization’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. If you’d like to give back in this great time of need, please head to their website for more information and donation options!

Just because their run of virtual festivals is over doesn’t mean that Defected is leaving their fans in the dark, though. Both Defected and Glitterbox are planning new projects to give fans a look behind the scenes and plenty more so stay tuned to their social channels!

You definitely won’t want to miss out on Defected Virtual Festival Closing Party this weekend. Tune in on YouTube or via your favorite platform and get to groovin’!
