Do you have a special talent that you love to show off? Dirtybird wants to include it in the virtual Dirtybird CampINN Talent Show!

With about a month of quarantine down, by now most of us have either reached the end of Netflix or spent so many hours on our Animal Crossing towns that they deserve a feature in Architectural Digest. With (at least) another month of social distancing to go, what better time than now to brush off an old talent or tackle learning a new one?! For those of us who’ve grown weary of The Office reruns, the Dirtybird CampINN crew is asking us all to do just that by hosting a virtual talent show!

Whether you can proudly solve a Rubik’s Cube in under 60 seconds (good for you) or recently learned a killer dance from Tik Tok, Dirtybird wants to see it! The guidelines are easier than that food blogger’s banana bread recipe you promised yourself you’d make and the winner gets a free room package complete with two weekend passes to Dirtybird CampINN!

To enter, simply record a 60-second video showcasing your talent – can be shorter but not longer – and upload the video onto Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #CampINNTalentShow. And don’t forget to tag @dirtybirdcampinn!

After posting, make sure to email your video to [email protected] with your name and social media handle. If you don’t already have a talent that you’re eager to share, the good news is that the deadline isn’t until Noon PST on April 26, so you still have some time to pick one up.

On April 29, Dirtybird will post their top 5 favorite talents to their Instagram page. From there, whichever talent gets the most likes and comments wins! The final winner of the contest will be announced on May 5. We don’t know about you, but we’re already brushing up on our skills.

For more details about the contest, head on over to the Dirtybird website and let us know what talent you’re planning on sharing in the comments!

While practicing social distancing, we wanted to create a way to celebrate and laugh with one another while being at the comfort and safety of your own home. We present to you the Virtual Dirtybird @CamplNN Talent Show! ⚡️ #CampINNTalentShow

Sydney Grant

Sydney Grant

Sydney attributes her love for music from her mom, who insisted on playing The Foo Fighters and The White Stripes rather than Kiss FM whenever she drove carpool and agreed to allow Sydney to attend Coachella in the eighth grade as long as she could go with her. That first festival only greater affirmed Sydney’s passion for the scene, but it was not until 2013 when she attended Swedish House Mafia’s One Last Tour concert in Los Angeles that she discovered electronic music. She was hooked instantly and has since attended a total of 23 festivals, with countless concerts in between. Sydney’s favorite artists include RL Grime, Jauz, Jai Wolf, Louis The Child, Slander, Bearson and Big Gigantic but she is constantly on the look out for new music and artists to dance to. When she’s not scouring the internet for new tracks or grooving at a concert, Sydney studies Journalism and Biology full-time at the University of Oregon.
