On Friday, May 4, UZ and Stooki Sound are heading to Avalon Hollywood for a night full of banging bass and trap!
UZ burst on the scene in 2012 and was destined to make a name for himself in the saturated electronic music scene. In the last few years, his creativity and ear for the freshest sounds has kept him on top as he graced the stage of festivals while dropping the filthiest of tracks that continuously top the charts.
However, UZ is not just a prolific DJ and producer, but also a mentor who gives back to the community that has helped keep him on successful. With his label Quality Goods he gives up-and-coming trap and bass artists a platform to show their chops.
Joining UZ on the main stage are London-based trap titans Stooki Sound. The duo has an interesting composition of DJ and lyricist and the tracks they’re able to create are amazing. They are known for mixing trap, hip-hop, electronic, trap, and that filthy UK grime sound to create a sound that is uniquely their own. This unique synthesis has contributed to their rise to fame and sets them apart from other, similar artist.
Providing support on the main stage will local favorite sumthin sumthin. Additional banging beats can be found at the Pioneer and Bardot stages. The Pioneer Stage is hosted by Up All Night and will feature the sounds of Baebel, Cam X, Forbidden Kitten, Scotty B and Tom Rockamore. The Bardot Stage will be hosted by Upgrade and will spotlight Direct Feed, Bad Syntax, G’Dubn, Linkin, and That Dude. The latter stage will also feature MCs Werd, Slim, React and One Mic. As you can see, Avalon will be the spot for all types of bass and trap lovers, so don’t miss out!
