Guy Gerber and DJ Harvey will takeover Gin Ling Alley in Los Angeles’ Chinatown on May 5 for the latest RUMORS party!
For the third year in a row, Guy Gerber is bringing his traveling showcase back to Los Angeles’s Chinatown community. Gerber has brought his illustrious RUMORS party to locales such as Ibiza, Mexico, London, and numerous places in between and it has quickly become one of the hottest and most anticipated events out there.
Once again RUMORS is collaborating with their polysexual friends RHONDA who are the epitome of a come-as-you-are vibe and the perfect partners to help put on this dynamic show. Not only will they be working with the event, but RHONDA will be taking over the iconic General Lee’s bar for the evening’s festivities as well.
Guy Gerber will not be the only prolific artist on the lineup. Los Angeles based legend DJ Harvey will be opening the event. The event is a DJ Harvey-Guy Gerber sandwich with each artist playing on either end, DJ Harvey opening and Guy Gerber ending, both playing three-hour sets. The center of this sandwich will be filled with the sounds of GODDOLLARS and Paradise to fill the night.

Additional collaborations and takeovers include a mixology pop-up from the Broken Shaker. Food will also be provided by purchase from Blossom Vietnamese and Burgerlords Burger and Fries all day and night. Lastly RUMORS Los Angeles is brought to you by Estrella Jalisco, so I imagine their beers will be readily available!
As the third year this event is occurring, there’s been nothing but positive comments about this one-of-a-kind event. RUMORS is an amazing addition to the Los Angeles atmosphere and features the finest underground live and DJ talent in one of the most magical locations. If you’re a fan of a come-as-you-are, underground wonderland then this is an event not to miss.
