LiveXLive has reached a five-year agreement with Insomniac to become the exclusive global livestreaming partner for Insomniac’s events and festivals via the Insomniac Channel.

Insomniac Events has become a perennial powerhouse in the scene over the years through their stunning dance music events like Electric Daisy Carnival and Nocturnal Wonderland. In the past, Insomniac has utilized different live streaming services in their constant effort to expand the reach of their festivals and allow more Headliners to be able to experience them through different mediums. Now, they have found the perfect way to show the world their work via their very own Insomniac Channel!

Partnering with global digital media company LiveXLive to bring the sights and sounds of their festivals to devices around the globe, fans will be able to tune in to livestreams, video-on-demand, virtual reality, and augmented reality experiences via the Insomniac Channel. Set to debut during EDC Las Vegas 2018 on May 18-20, this launch will also make Insomniac the exclusive provider of dance music content on the LiveXLive streaming platform.

Having produced thousands of festivals over the years, Insomniac continues to grow both nationally and globally as they bring their unique production elements and fantastic lineups to fans all over. Now, fans in new regions of expansion like Asia and Australia will be able to discover and experience all that Insomniac has to offer.

“For 25 years, Insomniac has embraced all aspects of dance culture and produced events that showcase the wide range of music and talent that exists today. This collaboration with LiveXLive is a key part of our mission to expand not just EDC but other Insomniac experiences into key global markets, from Asia and Europe to Latin America and beyond. I’m excited for people around the world to look through this unique lens and experience the unity and positivity that this culture promotes.”

– Pasquale Rotella

Aside from music and livestream coverage, the Insomniac Channel is set to include behind-the-scenes footage, artist interviews, and more. Other than EDC Las Vegas, LiveXLive will also be producing the livestreams for future editions of Beyond Wonderland SoCal, HARD Summer, Nocturnal Wonderland, Escape, EDC Orlando, Dreamstate SoCal, Countdown, and several international editions of these festivals as well.

“This is a landmark deal for LiveXLive as it rapidly expands our global festival footprint and further enhances our annual festival lineup. Many thanks to Pasquale Rotella and the entire Insomniac team; we couldn’t ask for better partners to help share dance music with the genre’s many fans around the world. Our unique ability to deliver the festival experience to viewers wherever they are, combined with Insomniac’s clear leadership in the live event space, makes this partnership a game changer for the fans and the brands who want to reach them. If you want to watch live dance music performances, LiveXLive is now the place!”

– Rob Ellin, CEO and Chairman of LiveXLive Media.
