Beyond Wonderland Bay Area 2015 || Grant’s Top 10 Must See Artists

Beyond Wonderland Bay Area is right around the corner, just days until the magic happens at this point. There are different tastes for different people and one list might not agree with another, so while reading this list(or any other) make sure to remember that your mileage may vary. These are my personal top artists that you should not miss out on at Beyond Wonderland Bay Area 2015.

Saturday

Flux Pavilion– I love Flux Pavilion so much it isn’t funny. One of the staples in any conversations I have about dubstep, Flux has always brought some fire sets to any event that I’ve attended. If you haven’t had the chance to see him play yet, it is most definitely worth it.

Firebeatz– The first time I went to Beyond Wonderland Bay Area, Firebeatz was killing the main stage during the day. If you want to get down with some dirty house beats, these are the duo to get down with.

Brillz– Brillz has some awesome fun sets. I had a great time at his set at Summer Set Music Festival and so I highly suggest checking him out. He also recently announced his arrival on the Mad Decent label, which is super fresh.

G Jones– You say you like bass music, but do you really? If you love the bass but haven’t heard of G Jones…I don’t really know what else to tell you. Straight out of Santa Cruz, G Jones has been releasing nothing but great music. Most recently he released “That Odd EP from the Pit of my Hard Drive” for free on his soundcloud. If you haven’t heard it I would highly suggest it.

Chevy Chase– Because why not? I’m down to see what this guy has to spin. I have no idea if it’s the real Chevy Chase or someone just being cool with a name but I figure if Shaq is spinning a set at TomorrowWorld…why not Chevy Chase?

Saturday

Markus Schulz– I’m all about Markus. I find his sets much more fun than many of the other trance artists out there and I definitely enjoy his music. I wish I had been able to make it to his marathon open to close set in Los Angeles last month. If you have to only see one trance artist at Beyond Wonderland you should see him.

Jordan Suckley– Trance isn’t dead. This is my second favorite trance artist on the lineup and if you see two trance artists, should be your second trance set as well. A resident on BBC Radio 1, he is one of the most supported artists on his rise in popularity.

Audien– Recently nominated for a grammy, Audien hasn’t stopped putting out great tracks and playing great sets. I had the chance to catch him at Beyond Wonderland Bay Area last year and I highly suggest checking out his set this year.

Kidnap Kid– Okay, okay, I had to throw some awesome house onto this lineup. Kidnap Kid definitely isn’t lacking in the groovy factor with some seriously dope tracks. I personally love his tracks “Stronger” and “So Close”. He will be providing some awesome vibes at his set and bringing some chill sounds.

The Magician- Anytime I have seen The Magician play I have had an awesome time. I really love the house vibe that he brings, and his tracks and remixes are always on point. Some of my favorites from him include his remix of “Rather Be” and the Magic Tapes that he puts out every so often on his SoundCloud!
