Mexico City’s Tom & Collins reboot their record label, Terms & Conditions, with a new debut collab titled “Time To Party” featuring DvirNuns.

Juan Pablo Escudero and Jorge Corral are signaling a new chapter with their debut single, “Time To Party,” in collaboration with DvirNuns. Following a short hiatus, the Mexico City duo, better known as Tom & Collins, have returned with a refined creative purpose, inspired to reboot their record label Terms & Conditions and showcase a fresh sound. “Time To Party” sets the tone for what that new creative vision is and what fans can expect.

“After a brief pause of our label Terms & Conditions, we’re back — refreshed, recharged, and ready to bring you a sharper curation of music and a few surprises along the way,” the artists shared. “We wanted to merge the spirit of indie dance with the deep pulse of Afro house into one singular experience.”

Landing releases via acclaimed labels such as Ultra Records, Three Six Zero, Gorgon City’s REALM Records, and Insomniac Recordings, Tom & Collins prove that Latin-influenced electronic music resonates universally. By blending the spirit of commanding vocals with Latin music, indie and Afro house, the producers create a shared experience that extends onto the dancefloor.

Before Tom & Collins plunge into a void of deep, echoing reverb in “Time To Party,” moving lyrics can be heard saying, “it’s time to move it, get on the floor,” leaning on Caribbean-inspired percussion and driving four-on-the-floor beats that intensify as the track unfolds. “The powerful synths and energetic vocals are not only meant to move the dancefloor, but to spark a sense of connection that goes beyond borders and genres,” said the duo.

Beyond the music, Terms & Conditions remains deeply grounded in Latin heritage. The label’s identity, which is symbolized by Mexican alebrijes, or mythic guardians of imagination and culture, reflects their mission to share tradition through music. With 121 releases to date and a reputation for hosting events featuring Bob Moses, Claptone, Polo & Pan, and more, the imprint cultivates a community that’s about love, respect and music.

From a friendship born during a high school exchange in Paris to remixing icons like Madonna and Duke Dumont, Juan Pablo Escudero and Jorge Corral have built one of Mexico’s most influential electronic projects. Now, as Terms & Conditions steps onto the global stage with a run of showcases kicking off in Monterrey on October 10 and ending in Los Angeles on November 22, “Time To Party” becomes an invitation to join the movement.
