Anjunadeep is hosting a virtual event at Village Underground with a fantastic lineup to support United We Stream London on October 31!
While people around the world continue to face the pandemic head-on, those who work within the live event and music industries continue to struggle to make ends meet. In the United Kingdom, nightclubs remain closed and events continue to stay postponed, leaving artists, freelancers, and others in the industry out of work and without the support they need. Now, after starting in Berlin, United We Stream heads to London in their efforts to help those in the scene who have been affected.
Last week, the Hospital Records crew took over the virtual event to bring the sweet sounds of drum and bass to those who tuned in, and on October 31, powerhouse label Anjunadeep is set to take the reins. Kicking off at 18:00 GMT (11am PT here in the US), the takeover from the Village Underground will feature a bevy of top-tier artists from the label including Amy Wiles, Penelope, Daniel Curpen, Just Her, Kidnap, and Jody Wisternoff.
Throughout the course of the stream, they’ll be raising funds to support local artists and industry workers via Crowdfunder where anyone tuning in or looking to support the scene. Those who choose to donate will be able to select a gift in exchange for their contribution, with merch from Anjunadeep, Hospital Records, and more being available on the website.
Fans around the world can tune in to the Anjunadeep edition of United We Stream London on YouTube, Facebook, Mixcloud, or the live broadcast on RinseFM to catch all the action for free of charge. Make sure to RSVP to the event on Facebook for the latest updates and information!
