DJ Decks CDJs Livestreams coronavirus

Artists in the dance music scene have come together during the coronavirus quarantines around the world to uplift others with livestreams!

The onslaught of news surrounding the coronavirus has been absolutely devastating for anyone who is involved in the dance music scene. Fans have been gutted over the fact that their favorite shows have been cancelled or postponed, artists and promoters are coping with their own losses, and the news cycle itself has been unprecedented for those of us covering the news.

The past few weeks haven’t been easy and the near future isn’t looking to get much, but if there’s one thing that this community is good at it’s coming together in tough times… and that’s exactly what’s happening online. Since the moment that things truly started looking bleak, the response from artists, promoters, and others in this industry to livestream and support each other has been immense.

A flurry of live streams have already begun to take place including massive performances from Maceo Plex and Doc Martin at Factory 93 along with others like Ultra Music Festival announcing their own too. Additionally, artists like JAUZ, Mija, Charlotte de Witte, Diplo, Protohype, and more stepping up with their own streams while Space Yacht has taken to social media to help inform and warn the community as well.

Many of these shows originally popped up last minute and without warning at times, but as this quarantine continues to grow in length we’re sure more will continue to be announced. There are a number of virtual festivals in the works, community-led watch parties, and more that continue to be announced by the day, so we’ve decided to help out as much as we can as well.

We’re hard at work to support as many artists as possible, so make sure to follow us on Twitch (where we’ll be hosting other artists who are streaming), Twitter (for updates), and join our Facebook Group for watch parties as well. We’re also continually updating the spreadsheet below so you can see when and where your favorites might be streaming online!
